We want our car audio systems to sound…well…great! Good enough is ok for some, but we want more. If you’re like us, then we know that like us, you’re into the speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, speaker enclosures, even soundproofing and vibration dampening, installation and wiring options…just about anything you think will get you that extra edge, and enhance the sound we all love so much just that little bit more.
We’ll talk about all of that here, from the basics — for your audiophiles who love your music, but are new to getting the most out of your car stereo — to the more advanced enthusiast, trying to decide whether to invest your car sound budget in that hot new amplifier or source unit, or an overhaul of your speaker positioning and sound dampening.
